Spun off from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2000 by Associate Professor Lee Chee Wee from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, Lynk Biotech has since established two subsidiary companies and a strong portfolio of platform technologies, products and services. MediLynk Pte Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lynk Biotech. Founded in 2004, it has wide-ranging commercial responsibilities, including international business development, sales, marketing and distribution. Lynk Biotech is also parent company of DynaLynk Pharma Pte Ltd, a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that has pharmaceutical GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification accredited by the Health Sciences Authority of Singapore (HSA). Besides the large scale manufacturing capabilities of DynaLynk Pharma, Lynk Biotech also possesses smaller scale pilot batch manufacturing capabilities. These manufacturing capabilities are complemented by an in-house quality testing laboratory.
