Medical Concepts & Innovations, LLC, is a consulting company that provides services to nephrologists seeking to open their own dialysis facilities. As well, the company provides consultation to existing facilities, providing generic policies and procedures as well as assistance in improving overall facility efficiencies, operations, compliance and improved bottom line. Mock surveys of dialysis facilites can be done to evaluate readiness for state and CMS surveys. Additionally, the company evaluates the balance sheets and operations of privately owned and publicly traded dialysis related companies for investment houses. We also review medical records to evaluate malpractice and negligence in the dialysis setting. Last, but certainly not least, MC&I has a biomedical division dedicated to the improvement of accesses for hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
