Description:
Engineering, design and manufacturing of process vessels in SIP / CIP mainly in 316L, and related integrated systems such as trains of bioreactors, fermenters, media prep, harvest with vessel sizes of 5 to 40,000 litres. Manufacturing of pressure vessels is in our main factory in France or from a new plant in Spain, or via a JV in the USA (via DCI-BIO). Application areas include GMP biotech (e.g. vaccines, Mab’s, biologicals, vet and human products), pharma (e.g. API, nutraceutical, cosmetic), agrotech (e.g. pesticide, enhancers) and industrial applications (enzymes, green/white biotech). Equipment supplied is turnkey i.e. integrated with the controls automation, or without (for a 3rd party to do). Controls solutions include SCADA e.g. Wonderware PLC e.g. Siemens/Rockwell and DCS (DeltaV/PCS7). Main market regions are Europe, USA/Canada, Asia, S.Africa and China/Singapore/S.Korea).
