I am a researcher work in mutation detection labratory. i try to establish AS-PCR for detection of point mutation common in our population. but i face off problems in optimaziation of this is technique to point mutation change CAA to CAG. And as publised it isnot easy to use that technique for that mismatch A. But unfortuntily it is so hard to collect any data about that technique and designing it's primers. i need ur owner help
