Dear Colleagues:
Intelligence and I.Q. has no geographic boundries. Similarly, scientific knowledge should also be spread over the globe for welfare of humankind. Countries with advanced research facilities in bioscience like America, U.K., Germany, France etc. who have more facilities should also provide opportuities to underdeveloped counties. After 9/11, these countries changed the policies concerning countries like Pakistan. Although facilities are open on paper but there is not a such case in actual fact. This situation will lead to more disharmony of civilizations. Eveyone from Pakistan should not be regarded as a TERRORIST and , on recommendation of reputed professors, more vacancies should be created for Pakistani students
