I would like to find an interested research unit in collaborating with me/us in human genetic toxicology. I have a lot of about 50 donors who show significant CAs (chromosomal aberrations)due to toxicologic exposure to Cytostatics, from Radiology, benzene (Oil Rafinery Industry workers) and PAH (asphalt workers). Since I don't have a full in depth study possibility in molecular genetics e.g. DNA microarray to look for putative affected genes in this cohort- but Comet Assay and FISH -, I would like to find interested researchers who could contribute as above to this study. Thanks, Dr. Edwin A.K. IP: 193.6.124.226 |

Dear Dr.Edwin, My name is Jan Topinka and I am Senior Scientist in the Laboratory of Genetic Ecotoxicology of the Institute of Experimental Medicine AS CR in Prague, Czech Republic. I am interested in cooperation with your laboratory, since the topic mentioned by you is almost identical with our current activities. You will find lot of information about us on our websites (http://uemweb.biomed.cas.cz). Moreover, we are organizing this year in July (2.-6.) in Prague 36th Annual Meeting of European Environmental Mutagen Society. All the in formation on that Meeting is available on www.EEMS2006.org. May be, this is good opportunity to meet and discuss further potential cooperation in case you are still interested. IP: 147.231.42.10 |
