In my laboratory we are currently investigating the mutational spectrum of CGI-58 gene in Dorfman-Chanarin patients from different populations and looking for phenotype-genotype correlations. I would greatly appreciate receiving information on new cases that have been diagnosed and not yet genetically characterized. Our aim is a collaborative study on such cases.
