posted 10-03-2001 11:24 AM            hi, I am working on gastric cancer and trying to find new mutation in apc and catenin genes by pcr and sscp methods. so far I have found some mutation in apc gene but I need positive control to confirm my sscp results.I would be very grateful if help me in finding positive control for PCR -sscp test and I`ll would be appreciated to know your comments about it. thanks N.pazouki IP: 213.176.117.136
