I have a number of families with two or more persons affected by Muscular dystrophy. Is anybody interested in doing DNA based work on these families?

Please see LabDB.Com , they are doing diagnosis of Triplet Repeat Diseases like FragileX Syndrome, Myotonic Dystrophy, Huntingtons Diseases based on measurement of PCR amplified DNA on Agarose Gels.
Through Dye Movement with Sample cDNA
OR Standard DNA run with Sample cDNA

How was Muscular dystrophy diagnosed? Do you have any more detail such as age of onset, severity, biopsy staining?
