After completion of m.sc I joined premier Chaudhary Anshi Ram Batra Hospital
And Medical research Centre; New Delhi in clinical biochemistry department as
Biochemist.The job work included routine clinical biochemistry tests besides
Specialized ones like tumor markers,serum electrophoresis etc.I was involved in
Research activities of the department.{1996—1998}

In 1998 ,I was offered admission in Ph.D programme by

Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology,Hyderabad
National Institute of Oceanography,Goa

National Dairy Research Institute,Karnal

I joined N.D.R.I;Karnal for Ph.D {Animal Biochemistry} ,where one year course
Work and research work and research work was carried out by me in area of
‘PROBIOTICS OF LACTOBACILII’ {BIOTECHNOLOGY PROJECT}
[1998—1999]----- DISCONTINUED.

IN 1999 I was selected as scientific officer {trainee} leading to permanent
Post of scientific officer in Radiation Biology Division of India prestigious
Bhabha Atomic Research Centre,{Department of Atomic Energy};mumbai,
India. CONTINUED TILL DATE

At present my main project work includes FOLATE AND DNA METABOL-
ISM UNDER RADIATION STRESS.THE WORK INCLUDES

1} Changes in folate based enzymes in purine and pyrimidine biosynthetic
pathwaysunder radiation stressing mouse as model.
2} Folate receptor expression in malignant cells and folate recveptor vs folate
linked liposome based drug delivery utilizing cell-culture facility
3} To study relation between changes in thymidylate synthase profile and
p53 protein exp[ression in liver,blood,serum of mouse model]
4} To establish relationship between radiation and apoptotic death of cell
by assessment of changes in PARP levels
5} Radiation mediated DNA damage and repair {molecular biology work}
future work

I have got permission to register myself for Ph.D work in mumbai university
In august 2001.there is an absolute flexibility to include related work of any kind
In my thesis work as per university norms.
