Do you have a clear idea on the treatment of fibrolamellar carcinoma so far? I have a 16 years old patient with this particular type of liver cancer and I am searching all the resources available to decide on his treatment besides resections. It seems to me that chemotherapy after resection remains controversial, as far as the references I have collected so far. Please share your experience with this type of carcer with me.
