Call for Patients:

Patients with congenital heart disease: cardiac outflow tract malformations associated with facial abnormalities or with Hirschsprung's disease

We are interested in DNA samples from patients for mutational analysis of genes of the endothelin system. If available, parental samples would be helpful. We are looking forward to your kind response.
