AnaSpec, EGT Group is pleased to offer a wide selection of SYBR® Green-based MasterMixes and Core Kits for almost any thermocycler available in the industry. The MESA (Maximize & Enhance your SYBR® Assays) MasterMixes use our new powerful MeteorTaq hotstart polymerase.
The MESA BLUE kits contain a proprietary inert BLUE dye that aids in the visualization of reagent dispensed, thus avoiding aberrant results before they occur. Our CORE kits are unique in the industry in that they are probably the only format in the industry that provide users with the ability to titrate SYBR® Green amount as part of the optimization process.
AnaSpec, EGT Group’s qPCR MasterMixes:
• Reduce run times with uncompromised results
• Tailored for highly sensitive assays
• Optimized for maximum consistency and specificity
• Large dynamic range
• Save at least 25% in price compared to reagents from instrument vendors

Available in BLUE format
• New proprietary inert BLUE dye
• Clear visual dispensing of the reagent
