The new range of FAST MasterMixes for SYBR® Assays significantly reduces researcher run times without compromising results – on FAST platforms. AnaSpec’s new FAST MasterMixes deliver accurate, sensitive and consistent results, using a broad range of template amounts, in FAST as well as in regular cycling conditions, on all qPCR platforms.

MESA BLUE MasterMixes Plus for SYBR® Assays, are a unique combination of the MESA FAST reagent, together with an inert blue dye. This ready-to-use, easy-to-see MasterMixes are the new standard for all highly sensitive SYBR® qPCR applications, allowing researchers to visualize dispensing errors at a glance. This is especially true when using white plates (known to deliver superior qPCR signals), in which colorless reagents are hard to see.
