Hi all,

I am working on 1000 genome projects and I have a question about the prior probability of heterozygous sites.

my question is
assume we have n people at one site with 2 alleles: a and b. What is the prior probability P(p, q) where p is the frequency of a and q the frequency of b (p+q = 1).

thank you very much,
best regards,
Le Si Quang.
