San Jose, CA – March 20, 2008

This month AnaSpec introduced a significantly improved online technical support resource for its website users. AnaSpec's new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Page now offers a searchable database of solutions that offers a more convenient and more comprehensive solution for technical support needs.

Rather than searching a long list of FAQs to find a question that suits a user’s need, the new FAQ page offers questions that are searchable by keyword and grouped by category. A keyword search returns a list of results sorted by relevance.

With a dedicated technical support staff that is consistently growing the database of FAQs, AnaSpec has expanded and continues to expand the breadth of technical solutions accessible to customers.
