Hi,

I'm performing the mutation analysis of HBV. About 700 sequences of HBV polymerase were gotten from different 700 HBV patients. At present, I want to screen some mutation associated with the clinicopatholigical features of patients. However, I have no any ideas about how to do this. Could any help me?
