An Australian newspaper, Australian Biotechnology News (2 APRIL 03), has reported that "Melbourne company Genetic Technologies (ASX:GTG) has filed lawsuits against three major US companies for infringement of the company's non-coding DNA patents." I would be interested in hearing from these companies or if anyone know who they are.
