Hello,

I am new here and I would like to say hi to all of you!

This is my first time using real-time PCR to determine the gene copy number of a disease locus, however I have difficulty choosing a suitable reference gene (which is expected to have a stable gene copy number across individual humans!) Does anyone provide me professional advices on how to chosse a suitable reference gene? (Someone in the literature uses DMD gene or albumin as reference, are these suitable?) Thanks a lot!
