Well, I'm working with pseudomonas and transformate it in Ecoli, but when i want to grow the transformants at 37°C, they don't grow and when i do it at 28°C they grow terrific! How does this can, because the optimum temp. of pseudomonas and Ecoli are both 37°C!!
