We are experimenting with different methods of introducing DNA into MDA 686-Tu (high-grade oral SCC line, primary tumor)cells. One of the methods was to use electroporation, but the efficiency of
DNA uptake was quite poor. Is it possible to use electroporation to obtain a greater efficiency of DNA uptake than by using lipofection? Has anyone else tried this with success? If so, please contact me directly so that we can discuss the details. Thanks.
