We are currently developing cell lines which overexpress the Morquio IVA enzyme, GalNAc-6-sulfatase. We hope to use our purified product in enzyme replacement therapy. We do not currently have a good way of assaying the enzyme. We use 4MU sulfated monosaccharide and would like to use the tritiated chondroitin or keratan 6-sulfate trisaccharide. Is there anyone who does these assays as fee-for-service?
