Hello,

I am a genetic counselor in Houston, Texas working with a family whose 5 month old daughter has trisomy 8 mosaicism. She has been in the NICU/PICU since birth and has pulmonary hypertension that appears to be getting worse. Does anyone know of this occurrence in any other children with tri 8 who have had lung disease? If so, please email me directly at magoulas@bcm.tmc.edu. Thank you very much in advance for your help!
