I am working as a staff fellow in Medical Genetics Center, Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams univ. and we are interested in Fragile X syndrome. We have considerable numbers of probands (more than 200 individuals), screened by PCR for premutations. We are in need to establish a recent and facile strategy for the full-mutation detection among Egyptian population.
