Dr. Kesri,We have developed a tool called Mutation Explorer or Mutation Surveyor for accurate mutation detection with the DNA sequence traces. The DNA sequence traces are read from the DNA sequencer after PCR. You may download the software from our web wwww.softgenetics.com, or I may send you a copy by post. C.S.
