I am a researcher work in mutation detection labratory. i try to establish AS-PCR for detection of point mutation common in our population. but i face off problems in optimaziation of this is technique to point mutation change CAA to CAG. And as publised it isnot easy to use that technique for this mismatch [A]. But unfortuntily it is so hard to collect any data about that technique and designing it's primers. i need ur owner help
