Does anyone know of the existence of databases, commercial or "homemade" that can handle large amounts of clinical data and genetic data such as pedigrees and mutations?
We need this presently for work on familiar hypercholesterolemia, where many different families carry a lot of different mutations. But something similar might have been developed for other diseases or as commercial software.
