Hello;

I am currently trying to isolate a plasma membrane proteins from human cell (both mononuclear and multinuclear cells) and I am looking for a method to isolate intact plasma membrane proteins without ant intracellualr proteins contamination.

So, I would highly appreciate, if you send me a method for that.
