This position is to study the role of homology-mediated double strand break repair proteins including BRCA2 and Fanconi anemia (FA) proteins or TLS polymerases in human ICL repair using our newly developed in vitro ICL repair assay and other biochemical approaches.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry cancer research or a related field, and less than five years of postdoctoral experience. To apply, submit cover letter, curriculum vitae, and contact information for three references to Dr. Tadayoshi Bessho (tbessho@unmc.edu).
