Conference Registration Fees

Early Bird Registration – Save US$100
A reduced delegate fee is available for registrations received on or before September 15, 2008

Early Academic Delegate¹: US$595
Early Industrial Delegate: US$895

Late Registration
For registrations received after September 15, 2008

Academic Delegate¹: US$695
Industrial Delegate: US$995

Student Registration
Student registration²: US$295

¹Academic rate applies to those with a fulltime position in a non-commercial institute
²Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status.

The Registration Fee Includes:

  • Access to conference sessions and poster areas
  • Abstract book and special issue of Neuropharmacology
  • Drinks reception during poster sessions
  • Mid-session refreshments as scheduled in the conference program
  • Lunch on November 13 and 14, 2008

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the symposium. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the symposium secretariat.

Alternative payment methods
Checks should be made payable to Elsevier Ltd. and should be sent with your completed registration form. In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by (air)mail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the symposium secretariat.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Symposium Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Symposium Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by August 1,  2008, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by August 15, 2008, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after August 15, 2008, or for no-shows at the symposium, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable. In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the symposium, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Changes

Details are correct at the time of going to print. Elsevier reserves the right to change any session in the final program.
