The first in this series of two webinars will deal with the role of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) in a Continuous Improvement culture and how to perform an effective investigation.  It will also cover what needs to be documented in an investigation and why it is necessary. There will be an introduction to methods of gathering information, e.g. interviewing personnel and reviewing batch documentation, plus the importance of closing out investigations and implementing CAPA in a timely manner.      1.  Getting started:Why must we investigate?  What must we investigate?  What are regulators (e.g. FDA/ MHRA) looking for?
