To assist participants with travel expenses during the high summer tourist season, the conference office reserves a room block at a local full service hotel to provide shared double occupancy rooms at a deeply discounted rate. Accepted participants may pay the registration and lodging fees, or just the registration fee and find their own accomodations. Shuttle Bus transportation between the room block hotel and the laboratory is provided free of charge. Those staying elsewhere are responsible for their own local transportation costs. Employees of pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporations that belong to our Research Affiliates Program are eligible for either a registration fee waiver or 25% reduction.
