Explora BioLabs is a San Diego-based preclinical contract research company that provides best-in-class services in animal efficacy models, in vivo pharmacology (PK/PD) and non-GLP toxicity studies. Currently, many rodent efficacy models are available in oncology, wound healing, diabetes and other disease areas. In addition, we provide routine pharmacokinetic and toxicity studies to support clients drug development projects. Additional services include radioactive tracer studies, serum chemistry analysis and hematology analysis. Complementary to our full service contract research, Explora provides on-demand short term and long term rodent vivarium for clients to perform in vivo studies in San Diego and San Francisco. Our full time professional staff takes care of routine husbandry and facility maintenance so clients' scientists can focus on their research. Today, Explora operates four commercial vivaria totaling more than 40,000 square feet in San Diego. Our 18,000 square foot South San Francisco facility is scheduled to open Q2, 2017. In the past 12 years, numerous companies are able to maximize their research budget and achieve quality results in tight timeline by using Explora's facility or service.
