Overview: This webinar will cover the definition of sexual harassment, the types of sexual harassment, methods of preventing sexual harassment, all with examples and case presentation, and details the governmental agencies enforcing acts in place both federally and on the state level. Why should you Attend: The EEOC has required businesses with 50 or more employees, and California DFEH has required businesses with 5 or more employees to provide training for all employees once every two years. All California employees must have completed this training by January 2020.
