This course is designed for those who want to learn skills and techniques that will get them more respect in the workplace - and elsewhere. Since it is not just women who get harassed and bullied, men too will benefit from the techniques offered. The course explores behavior that work and those that don't. It shares new behaviors that make us appear more powerful and teaches us how to avoid potentially dangerous situations (like dark alleys). Finally, it will help you develop and identify your new style.

Why should you Attend

Although it would seem at first glance that this is intended for vulnerable women only, let me assure you that this course is for anyone who has ever been bullied or ridiculed as well as for anyone responsible for others. It is also a great course for parents and teachers raising children. It teaches how to walk tall and stand up for yourself.
