Oxford Global, Boston
3rd and 4th October 2016

Oxford Global are proud to present the Single Cell Analysis USA Congress, co-located with our popular Next Generation Sequencing USA Congress, to be held on 3-4 October 2016 in Boston. Building on the success of our 2015 event, as well our UK-based NGS and Single Cell meetings, this prestigious meeting will bring together over 250 senior level attendees from both academia and pharma to discuss the most crucial challenges in single cell analysis.

Over 250 delegates representing internationally renowned research & academic institutions, clinical research institutions, as well as leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Over 60 case studies and presentations focused on the latest innovations in single cell technologies and analysis, including sequencing technologies, transcriptome analysis, isolation methods, informatics, data handling, and single cell in oncology, immunology and other therapeutic area.

Including 6 interactive streams containing hot topics in:

2nd Annual Single Cell Analysis USA Congress:

- Single Cell Analysis and Transcriptomics
- Single Cell Analysis Technologies
- Overcoming Key Single Cell Analysis Challenges

2nd Annual Next Generation Sequencing USA Congress

- Advances in NGS Platforms and Key Therapeutic Applications
- NGS Data Management and Bioinformatics
- NGS Clinical Applications & Diagnostics

Co-located with the Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) USA congress

14 pre-scheduled one to one meetings, exhibition and informal networking opportunities

Over the two days, the Single Cell Analysis USA Congress will focus on latest innovations in single cell technologies, transcriptomics and genomics. Over two days our conference will look at approaches to sample preparation, new methods in DNA sequencing, epigenetic sequencing and RNA sequencing, informatics, data handling as well as application of single cell genomics in understanding cancer and other disease areas.

The congress will also look at novel imaging techniques, and cytometry, mass spectrometry, isolation and processing of single cells. Our expert speakers will also discuss clinical applications of single cell analysis and provide the very latest case studies and data.

Our co-located Next Generation Sequencing USA Congress aims to cover updates and application of NGS technologies in genomics and genetics research in the US and UK, Europe. Over two days, the Next Generation Sequencing USA congress will look at key therapeutic applications, the diagnostic and clinical potential of NGS technologies, and big data and bioinformatics challenges and solutions.

Organized by: Oxford Global
Invited Speakers:
Our carefully researched speaker programmes are further enhanced by the opportunity for the delegates and speakers to discuss topics of interest in more detail during panel and round table discussions. This means that the attendees not only benefit from the expertise of the high level speaker panel but also that of the other delegates.
