Overview: Too many companies waste time, money and most importantly valuable emotional energy on the "Performance Conversation!" Typically, companies approach the Performance Conversation in 1 of 2 ways, either, as a necessary evil and slog through it leaving mostly good, positive people angry, resentful, frustrated over their misunderstood value to the organization, or avoiding it like the plague leaving people confused and uncertain as to their value to the organization.
Either approach ends up in the same place, with company leaders, managers and employees uncertain as to the value of individual employees to the organization.
This webinar will offer a framework for strategies for another, more effective way that generates better results from the process.

Skip Weisman Skip Weisman The Leadership & Workplace Communication Expert, is a former professional baseball executive, who has identified the seven common communication mistakes practiced by every employee in every company, every day.
These communication mistakes are so damaging that Skip has labeled them, The 7 Deadliest Communication Sins, because they undermine a positive workplace culture, productivity and even profits.
Because Skip was named CEO of his first professional baseball franchise at just 26 years old, he regularly committed the seven communication sins you're going to learn about in this presentation, many times over, before learning the hard way how to be a champion communicator over the 2nd half of his 20-year baseball career.
Since 2012 Skip has spoken to over 15,000 business professionals across the globe at business conferences, corporate events and webinars. He has spoken on stages across North America including 1,500 at a leadership conference in California and over 800 at a project management conference in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Skip earned his B.S. Degree in Communication from Ohio University and took a 20-years detour to fulfill his Sports Administration Masters Degree experience, before returning to his roots as a communication expert after the 2001 baseball season.
