4th Annual Single Cell Analysis Asia Congress 2016

  April 20, 2016

Oxford Global, Singapore
11-12 October 2016

Oxford Global Conferences are proud to present the 4th Annual Single Cell Analysis Asia Congress, taking place on 11-12 October 2016 in Singapore.

Recent discoveries within Single Cell research have highlighted that cells within a single population may differ significantly, having a major impact on health & cell functions. Advances in Single Cell technologies are enabling researchers to understand the importance of heterogeneity between specific cells in disease research which is expected to revolutionise our understanding of diseases and potential cures.

300 attendees working within single cell analysis, genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics

Over 25 case studies, presentations and panel discussions

Together with our NGS Asia Congress there will be 4 interactive streams:

- Single Cell ‘Omics
- Single Cell Analysis Technology
- Advances In NGS Platforms And Key Therapeutic Applications
- NGS: Data Analysis, Clinical Applications & Diagnostics

14 pre-scheduled one to one meetings, exhibition and informal networking opportunities.

This two day congress, co-located with the 6th Annual Next Generation Sequencing Asia Congress, will bring together over 300 experts from Asia, Australasia, the US and Europe to discuss the substantial potential of Single Cell research in the industry.

There are many similarities between Single Cell Analysis and NGS. This congress will bring together experts to discuss and discover key hot topics in DNA sequencing, mass parallel sequencing, genome editing, single cell analysis and NGS data analysis methods

The event will also be co-located with our 3rd Annual Microbiology and Infectious Disease Asia Congress which will enable microbiologists to network with NGS experts and find ways to exploit this exciting technology in their research.

On day 1 the conference will be dedicated to understanding Single Cell genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic studies. Our expert speakers will discuss the importance of Single Cell analysis for areas such as CTCs, rare cell diseases, gene regulation, PCR analysis, understanding tumour heterogeneity and other clinical applications.

Day 2 will see internationally renowned speakers discussing the latest innovations in single cell analysis tools and technologies including cytometry and imaging techniques. Presentations will cover all stages of the single cell analysis workflow, including improved methods for single cell isolation, purification and sample preparation. Presentations will also discuss the issues of single cell data-handling and future perspectives for the industry.

Organized by: Oxford Global
