Abcam, Online Event
2015-11-12

Primary and secondary antibody conjugates may be used in multiple lab applications such as cellular imaging or flow cytometry.

However, there are certain benefits and limitations to using either product type. These factors need to be considered by researchers as they have a direct impact on the experimental results.

This webinar will review:

  • Direct vs. indirect methods in cellular imaging and flow cytometry
  • Benefits and limitations of primary and secondary antibody conjugates
  • Relevance to multi-color analysis

Register today and find out key attributes of primary and secondary conjugates to help advance in your research.

Organized by: Abcam Events
Invited Speakers:

Dr Javier Conde Vancells.

Javier completed his PhD at the University of the Basque Country studying exosomes as a platform for the discovery of non-invasive biomarkers for liver diseases. Javier subsequently completed postdoctoral training at the University of Texas at Austin, where he worked towards the development of high-throughput in vitro assays using stem cells for toxicity assessment of pharmaceutical and environmental chemicals.

In his eight years of research experience, Javier published several peer-reviewed publications and gained considerable expertise in multiple technologies commonly used in molecular biology such as cellular imaging and flow cytometry.

Javier is currently the Product Manager for secondary antibodies at Abcam.
