Details Venue The conference will be held at the "The Cairns Convention Centre " which is located in Cairns, Tropical North Queensland, Australia. Cairns is a diverse, modern and colourful tropical city and the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef which is undisputed as one of the world's most important natural assets with over 2,800 individual reefs and 616 islands. The wet tropical rainforest which surrounds Cairns is one of the most diverse and beautiful examples of Mother Nature. It is home to the largest range of plants and animals and the oldest rainforest on earth. Conference Times and Dates A Satellite meeting of the Australasian Familial Breast Cancer Group (KConFab) will take place from 26 - 27 August, beginning with a Welcome Reception on the 25th August. We encourage you to attend if you are able. A joint registration package for both meetings will be available. The KConFab 2013 meeting Website is not yet available.
