Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, Cold Spring Harbor, NY
May 21 - 26, 2012
The specific goal for this meeting is to create a forum in which diverse areas of cell cycle regulation in a broad spectrum of experimental organisms can be openly and critically discussed. Emphasis will be placed both upon areas of traditional interest to the cell cycle field, such as control of G1, DNA replication, checkpoint pathways and mitosis, and on areas of emerging interest and importance, such as the links between cell cycle regulation and development, spindle and chromosome dynamics, and specialized cell cycle states such as quiescence. The format of the meeting will include morning and evening sessions consisting of ten 15-minute talks per session, entirely selected from the abstracts, principally on unpublished work. In addition, there will be two poster sessions, held in the afternoons. The organizers will decide the suitability of each abstract for oral or poster presentation, but please specify if you prefer a poster.
