  December 05, 2011

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, Cold Spring Harbor, NY
March 20 - 24, 2012

We are pleased to announce the eighth Cold Spring Harbor winter biotechnology conference on Systems Biology: Global Regulation of Gene Expression, which will begin at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, March 20 and run through lunch on Saturday, March 24, 2012. The conference is intended to foster cross-disciplinary exchange of ideas and expertise between experimentalists and computational biologists interested in the organization and control of complex transcription networks in eukaryotes. While a number of speakers have been invited, please note that the majority of oral presentations will be drawn from openly submitted abstracts.

Topics:
Transcriptional Regulatory Networks I & II
Cis-Regulatory Logic
Chromatin and Epigenetics
Post-transcriptional regulation
Regulation
Variation and Evolution
Emerging Technologies
