This conference will provide a programme that will enable participants to develop their professional skills and deal more effectively with many of the professional issues they face in their day-to-day work. Topics will include case studies of successful ways of team working, such as with GP consortia, collaborating with patients and their families and carers to deliver the healthcare they need, practical advice on how to build new or integrate into existing teams and teamwork as the basis for innovative systems to improve quality and reduce errors.
