The meeting focusses on the latest advances in molecular aspects of aging, age-related diseases and oncogenesis. The program is divided in 10 sessions: 1- Why aging Research, 2- Model systems and approaches, 3- Metabolic interventions, 4- Stress resitance and aging, 5- Protein quality control in aging, 6- Chaperones and protein folding in neurodegenerative diseases, 7- Oxidative stress, DNA damage and repair, 8- Cellular therapies and tissue engineering, 9- Aging, senescence and cancer, 10- What's next: healthy aging.
