Biofuels: Science and Innovation for Sustainable Development Conference

The inaugural Biofuels: Science and Innovation for Sustainable Development Conference will be held June 29-30, 2009 in San Francisco, Ca. This conference will focus on several key areas of biomass sustainability as well as showcase some of the latest biomass conversion research techniques. Environmental, economic, and feedstock sustainability will be covered in three plenary sessions, with session four geared towards cutting-edge techniques in biomass conversion research. Two open panel discussions will cover analytical instrumentation for biotech to biofuels and public policy in the biofuels industry while the commercialization of biofuels will be explored as a workshop.
