Payment terms:

Following completion of the registration form, full payment is required within 10 days from receipt of confirmation of your registration. In any case, payment must be received prior to the event date either by bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation policy:

If you wish to cancel your attendance at PharmaVenue and you are unable to send a substitute then the following applies: Over 45 days prior to the event a cancellation fee of 250 € will be charged. Regretfully cancellations received after that date, no-shows and cancellations from presenters are not refundable. Cancellations must be received in writing and any refunds will be processed after the event. If, for any reason, Pharma Resources decides to alter the date, the venue or cancel the event, Pharma Resources is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or any other travel costs incurred by clients.
