The second Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory winter conference on Systems Biology: Genomic Approaches to Transcriptional Regulation will be held at Cold Spring Harbor, New York. The conference will begin on the evening of Thursday, March 4, 2004 and finish after lunch on Sunday, March 7. The conference will be open to 175 participants.
