The Computational Genomics Conference is designed to bring together practitioners of the science of computational genomics and to promote the further interaction between the fields of computer science and molecular biology in support of genomics. For the last five years, The Institute for Genomic Research (TIGR) has held this conference in the Washington Metropolitan area. This will be the first joint conference between TIGR and the Jackson Laboratory.

Session topics include:

Genome Visualization
Data Mining/Natural Language Processing
Genome Annotation
Comparative Genomics
Genome Databases
Proteomics
Mass Spec Data Analysis
Systems Biology
Tutorials, Poster Session, and Exhibit Booths will complement the lecture program.
