This course will introduce statistical methods that are commonly used in QA/QC setting in the biopharmaceutical industry. More importantly, this course will highlight the statistical reasoning of why certain method is appropriate only in certain circumstance. A detailed “how-to” description will be provided. In addition strategical statistical reasoning on managing assays, processes, and specifications throughout a product’s life cycle will be emphasized.
