CHI's 2nd Annual INTEGRATIVE BIOINFORMATICS | ||||
Cambridge Healthtech Institute (CHI)
, Zurich, Switzerland January 20-21, 2000 |
||||
Informatics is critical to defining information that is derived from microarrays and lab chips, for gene expression studies, and assembling databases of SNP and genetic information. New visualization tools will facilitate the assimilation of the data that is accumulating at a rapid pace. Managing the flow of information from different sources of information will require greater efficiency and also enhanced analysis tools. Topics will include: * Data Management * Linking Microarrays with Proteomics * Software Tools for Use with Microarrays * Integrating Bioinformatics with Drug Discovery * Progress in Data Visualization * Gene Expression Analysis |
